Dr. Harshini is a Consultant Clinical Immunologist and Rheumatologist, specializing in Arthritis Treatment. She currently works at SPARSH Hospitals in Bangalore. Dr. Harshini completed her graduation from M S Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, and pursued MD in Internal Medicine at the renowned Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. After completing her master's, she found Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology to be the most challenging and interesting subject under internal medicine. Therefore, she chose this specialization for her post-doctoral fellowship program at Christian Medical College, Vellore—one of the top medical institutes in the country. Dr. Harshini has been awarded a specialty certificate in Rheumatology from the world-renowned Royal College of Physicians (The UK). Dr. Harshini has hands-on experience dealing with all sorts of Rheumatological disorders, including most of the rare & complicated cases. 

                  She has excellent skill in Musculoskeletal ultrasonography, both diagnostic and guided procedures. Has done plenty of them during the training period in CMC Vellore. Has completed both Basic and Advanced courses in MSK-USG organized by the Indian rheumatology association. In addition, she has received training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography from the prestigious EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism), which is one of the emerging diagnostics and therapeutic modalities in the field of Rheumatology. Dr. Harshini is also proficient in Nail Fold Video capillaroscopy for the evaluation of Raynaud's phenomenon. She has attended hands-on workshops at CMC Vellore and SGPGI Lucknow, enhancing her expertise and proficiency in performing this procedure.

                  Moreover, she has received extensive training in her specialization from a world-renowned rheumatologist, Dr. Debashish Danda, Retired Professor, and HOD at CMC Vellore. She has also worked with Dr. Mahendranath K. M., Senior Consultant Rheumatologist at Samarpan Health Centre, Bangalore. This hands-on experience has equipped her to deal with various challenging cases in her areas of interest. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Dr. Harshini has garnered extensive knowledge in her field, having worked at renowned institutions such as Christian Medical College, Bangalore Medical College, SPARSH Hospitals, SS SPARSH Super Speciality Hospital, and MS Ramaiah Medical College.
